We walked in and no one greeted us. Then the guy in the front decided to end his conversation and acknowledge us, I felt as though I was a burden on him. The seating area was no where near half way full and he told me it would be a 10-15 min wait. When we were finally seated my arms kept sticking to the table and my feet kept sticking to the floor. The high chair that they gave us for our baby to sit in is filthy and I doubt has ever been cleaned, it was also super sticky like the table. The cob webs were not a good sign either. It took about 10-15 min to get our drinks, even longer for our food. About the food. Burger and fries were ok but the steak in my wife's salad was dry and they left the green part of a strawberry in it. Overall, I would choose McDonald's.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Came in and waited to be seated for about 10 minutes (while there was only one table occupied) before anyone helped us. Then, my food came out cold and tasted awful. My drink was empty for half the night. Despite that the restaurant was basically empty, the service was still awful. THEN, when we were ready to pay, our server had “stepped out because the computers were down.” They then proceeded to write down my boyfriend’s card number on a piece of paper so they could run it when the computers come back up. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Post shopping meal. Upon walking in, no one was there. The host was hanging out with his girlfriend, sighed, walked our way without even greeting us, grabbed two menus and led us to the booth. Waitress was awkward and service was slow. Food was alright. My husbands burger meat was too well done. Table was half cleaned, and waitress got us dirty plates for our appetizers. Pass this place up if you can.

Do not eat at the mboro location. Grilled chicken was crunchy and chewey. Broccoli was not cooked at all, tasted like grass. Waste of money

I wish I had more than 2000 characters so I'll try to fit it all in. I've been to TGIFriday's a million times in a hundred different locations. I have NEVER received the type of service like I did last night. Antonio was one of the best servers I've had in years at ANY dining establishment I've visited. We had a party of 14, which included 9 kids. He handled so gracefully and efficiently that we felt like a party of four. I don't think we ever even had to watch over the kids at all. He handled them himself. He had a pleasant personality and built rapport with us almost immediately. My sister did not like the way her loaded potato skins looked so he not only ordered more to be remade, but he also sent his manager, Jane, to the table. I was skeptical at first, but immediately she addressed my sisters concerns with nothing but a smile on her face. She promised to make it right and offered compensation for the inconvenience. Compensation never even crossed our minds. We had a birthday girl with us...she brought her an ice cream sundae and sang happy birthday to her. My friend ordered a half rack of ribs, not knowing about the $12 Big Rob deal going on right now. When Jane discovered this, my friend had eaten most of her ribs. Jane offered to re-ring her order to the $12 promo AAANNNDDD bring her another half of ribs!!! I also left out the fact that we received ALL of our food at the same time. The teamwork in this place was amazing!!!!! Everyone pitched in to help Antonio including Sabrina and the other woman. I've never seen such teamwork from any establishment. They helped him get the tickets together and everything (it was our fault that we forgot to tell him everyone was paying separately). Overall, the experience here was phenomenal and had I been able to afford it, I would've tipped everyone inside the store $50!!!!!!
