Waiting in drive through line for about 30 minutes, 1 vehicle at the window and I'm behind them, employees have them scoot up and then I sat at the window for a good 10 minutes.
Good chicken salad. The only reason it didn't get a fifth star is the wait time in the drive thru. I expect to wait for fresh food but it gets rediculous at this location. This is the reason they make the drive thru so you can't get out...
I love Zaxby's food. It is usually very good. They could do something to improve the atmosphere though. The employees at this location aren't the friendliest in the world. They never have been. I'm not a big fan of the type of music that they play. I give them 4 stars for the food.
I love Zaxbys. However time and time again this location really disappoints with the tacky kids running the place. I get quality people are hard to come by, but maybe some stricter rules would keep people in line.
Order was wrong, toast was overcooked, extra sauce that I paid for wasn't present, ice machine sticks and pours ice everywhere. It took 5 mins. For someone to get me a knife for my salad. As I sit here, I think what would Zach think?
