Had some issues with a Fitbit we purchased here with a 2 yr protection plan. Unfortunately The warrantee is not serviced in store you have to call an 800 number to get a third-party which is asurion to swap it out. After contacting them they referred me to the manufacture since it had not been one year. I called back to the store spoke with the manager(Lee) who was very helpful and willing to resolve this in store as a one time exception. With that said I really appreciate the customer service but moving forward I will never purchase any warranty from them, prob go to academy instead.
Not a bad place, just the cashier couldn't have gone any slower unless she was going in reverse.
There's a reason why women want things to be gender equality that goes for stores as well. when I can't walk into a sporting good store and can't get women's cargo pants and I have to go to the men's section there is something seriously wrong in the world
Ran a promotion that they didn't have the inventory to have the sale. Was very disappointing. Sales person did all he could to help. Would have thought they would give me a rain check for promotion when they got inventory but Manager didn't want to. Will not shop at Dick's anymore.
