My hometown Joseph A. Banks sold me the wrong suit for a wedding in Murfreesboro. I didn't know I had the wrong suit til about an hour before the wedding. I rushed to the Murfreesboro Jos. A Bank and explained my situation. They were very accommodating, they quickly hemmed the correct suit for me at no charge. They helped me resolve me problem in a timely manner.
Change your employees they are bad , and don’t like to help , I’ll never go back to this store again ,
I never post complaints, but felt this was needed to warn others not to plan anything for the evening if they visit.
I ordered two shirts online and they came to my house in different containers. One was in a box and was not damaged. The other was in a bag and was damaged. I understand things happens so I took it to UPS to return the shirt. I have called Joseph A. Bank for two days and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. I have left THREE messages and I have not received a return call and it has been three days. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMERS SUPPORT!
Since this store deleted my review on Facebook, I will write it again! Never, Never, Ever shop here! As a Groomsman in a wedding this entire process has been a disaster from the start. The first time the jacket comes in 2 sizes too big....ok. The second time the jacket comes in 4 sizes too small....now I am frustrated. Thankfully the original jacket they sent that was too big was able to be "tailored" by the seamstress onsite. Still too big, but had to have it for the wedding that day. They gave me a 20% discount. Now, I am at the wedding right before pictures and the seam falls out of my pants!!....now I am upset. Upon returning the items the next day and explaining what happened, the store manager gets loud with me and says she can't refund all of my money but only a part of it since I wore it....now I am pissed off. What was I supposed to do? Stand in the wedding in jeans and a tshirt?? I asked for the Regional Managers card, to which she refuses to give, tells me that it's against policy, that she is never at her store, and that I can call customer service. Eventually she gives me an email address...we will see if it is actually hers. Do yourself a favor and go to Men's Warehouse. Incompetent and poorly trained management is really sad. Hopefully with the MW acquisition, leadership will provide proper customer service and management training. By the way, 4 out of 5 Groomsmen suits were too big or sleeves too long. We looked like kids in our Dad's suits!
By far the worst experience that I have ever had in retail. Took 15 minutes for anyone to say anything to me and I was still there and hour and 15 minutes later. They weren't able to find one pair of pants for a registry. They were understaffed with only one person in the store. The person who was helping me, would consistently get up and help other guest check them out and then come back to me. Towards the end I was so fed up I just left. Not what I would expect for such a high dollar asking price.
