They were very focused around Mav and made sure that they were doing the best they could to help him get better. Highly recommend! Thank you!
I bring my dog here. She’s my first pet, and I LOVE it. I would never take my girl anywhere other than this place. They take care of her so well, and love her so much! The prices are fair, great care for the pets, always listen to you when you’re speaking. I’m so happy I found this clinic. I’ve also boarded her here and I also love the boarding!

Tonight we came in with our beloved 16 year old dog. My 13 y/o son had to carry our dog to the car and into the vet because he had thrown up all over the place, had a seizure (which he’d never had before), peed all over himself and couldn’t use his hind legs. I told the lady at the front desk what was happening and she put us in the system and told us somebody would be with us shortly. 20 min later, my son was still holding our dog in the waiting room and nobody had even come out to lay eyes on our dog. There were at least 4 young employees standing around the desk, but not one person cared what my dog or my family was going through at that moment. We will never entrust our furry family to these people again and I advise you don’t either. They made it very obvious our emergency was not their priority.
Lies..... yes he was not actively seizing when we carried him into the vet. But there were more than two employees who had been at the counter at varying times during our wait. There was 1 non emergent client in the waiting room. And you did take her back first. And I would hardly say he was “walking” by the end of the visit. He was wobbling and falling over and being caught and steadied by my wife and son, as you can see in this so called video. He was also carried back out to the vehicle because of this once we realized we were not of any importance to you or your staff. Your half-assed attempt at an apology covered with plain out lies to cover your negligence is not going unseen. I have called and left a message for this “Dr.” To call me back. However the point is mute. I will never entrust you with any of my 4 dogs again and I have made sure to blast this review absolutely everywhere I can find. Sadly after our experience, I now have seen we weren’t the only ones to suffer from your lackadaisical ethics regarding your clients/patients. Next time a simple “I’m sorry” and then assurance you are taking proper steps to make sure this mistake isn’t going to happen again, may look a little better for your business. Sounds to me like you are in the wrong profession when reviewing video feeds and picking and choosing half truths in your favor is how you chose to address a situation.
We waited over an hour to put down my 15 year old dog that was in pain, labored breathing, and couldn't walk. We did not want an exam. We knew her body was shutting down. We just wanted to ease her pain and suffering.
The staff was kind when we got back there, but it was unbelievable to me that we had to wait an hour to help her go. We also called ahead an hour, so combined two hours. She's gone now. Not worth arguing about, but God I wish she hasn't been hurting so long.
Came because my cat, Maverick, was having issues. The doctors and nurses were so sweet! They were very careful with him and absolutely loved him to bits! There was a long wait, but I understand since we went there at emergency times. Also pricey, but allowed credit and the money was expected because of the tests performed.
This place is wonderful. On one of my worst days, the entire staff were at their best. I especially want to thank David for his compassion. I had to say goodbye to my beloved English Mastiff, Maya, today. I could not ask for better treatment, care, and concern. Thank you. Lisa Hatcher
