I really wasn't looking forward to buying another car but mine had turned into a total money pit and I couldn't put it off any longer. Liz was incredible! She got me a great deal on a car I really like and educated me on everything I needed to know. By the time we were done I felt like I was talking to an old friend. The process took half the time I expected and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you again!!!!
Very friendly and experienced staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Car prices are reasonable and the car I bought was in good shape and well maintained. They have a referral program so that if someone you know buys a car from them you get paid for your referral. If you need a car I would check them out.
The Easy Auto staff didn't reveal details of the deal til the end. Currently our defroster doesn't work. The heat can only come out of the floor vents. Today driving in the rain and blam the wipers stop working. They sold it to us without a working turn signal. When I mentioned it after the test drive they didn't care. No offer to fix it, nothing. If she tells you the car is "as is" run. Seriously get out of there cause the car WILL start falling apart. It's been one thing after the other in the month, yes I said one month, that we've owned the car. That includes the seal on the passenger door leaking. Also be prepared to put way more money down than advertised. Our car said $99 down, and they said our credit didn't matter, yet I ended up having to put five times the amount down, $500. Unfortunately my truck having just up and died I was in no position to be picky. They will do anything to get you to sign that deal, even if the car is a total lemon.
