Hello future automotive buyers, I know you all have read good reviews and for some reason, although the reviews were good you are still on the fence, deciding whether or not you should purchase from this dealer. Please understand that there is no need to worry or feel intimidated, nor apprehensive about working with Hayden Automotive. My experience was wonderful, as they walked me through the process and got me on the road. This is a family orientated, down to earth dealership. You know how it is when you buy a car, and you speak with the salesman, then you speak with about 2 to 3 other people and you finally get to the point where you are sitting with the head guy of the dealership and now that comfortable feeling goes away, you are now wondering, what in the world have I gotten myself into. Don't worry about that, Hayden was present with me wherever I went and to whomever I spoke with from the warranty, to the bank, and with gap insurance. Hayden Automotive really hussled for me to find the right car, bank, and price. Now imagine all of this happening on Christmas Eve, a day that banks are usually closed and dealerships offices are not present at all. WOW right!!! Check them out and give them a go. Let me start by saying that I have purchased and sold more cars and trucks than I care to admit, so this is not my first rodeo. I have dealt with all kinds of car dealers. Some have been honest, some have not, and the vast majority of them have fallen somewhere in the middle. Chris Hayden is a rare breed and truly in a league of his own. He is an honest man with integrity and someone I would be happy to buy cars from from now till he stops selling them. He shoots straight, tells the truth, and has great vehicles at great prices. He sold me a 2004 Ford F-150 truck and I love it. It's clean and in excellent shape and something I have enjoyed driving since I bought it. This is an older vehicle so it's going to have a few "love taps" here and there and I appreciated that Chris was forthright about all of them, however slight....and they were slight. But that made me comfortable doing business with him. Anytime you are buying an older, higher mileage vehicle, you want to know you're getting something that has been gone through and checked over and Chris made sure to do that. I am very happy with this purchase. Furthermore, Chris actually drove the truck over to my house with his wife and visited with me for a while so I felt like I was buying something from a friend and not just "some guy." Overall, this was an awesome experience that I would be more than happy to do again and I would encourage others to confidently do business with Chris Hayden. He's one of the good guys!
Typically, the process of buying a car is such a pain! Chris Hayden made it comfortable, easy, and fast! He treated us like family! Most carsalesmen don't do that. The truck was spotless. He knew all about the truck and also gave us a car fax report. If you're looking for a place to buy a vehicle from haggle free, honest people this is the place to go!

I had been searching for a reliable vehicle for about 6 months. I stumbled upon 2012 Infinifi M37 on the Haynes Automotive lot. I sent a message semi-late at night and received a reply shortly, after business hours! I met Chris the following day and found him to be a very helpful, respectful, family oriented man. What a surprise at a car sales lot. I was not pressured in anyway and enjoyed purchasing my car from Chris for that reason. He already had the vehicle inspected at Midas and showed me the paperwork. He even went as far to purchase new shocks and have them installed to make the car even better. If I could give a better rating I would. The Hayden Automotive team was willing to help in any way .
