I bought a car from Tom Ritter at Mr T's Auto Sales in Murfreesboro TN on South Church street, November 2009, three things were wrong with the car and I was told it would be fixed and everything. I was even told by Tom Ritter how much he appreciates what I do for work. I bought the car and not only did nothing get fixed, I was lied to, Given the run around and still to this day I am out $3,000 because the car was not fixed like he said it would be. He didn't have papers for me to sign for months. I would never deal with this dealer again, And I HIGHLY advise anyone else who is going to buy a car from Tom or his Dad Micheal Ritter to go else where to a dealer who actually cares about their customers. I didn't Spend $20,000 only to be screwed in the end.
I buy a car and i have my car for about 1 month they say everything is going to be ok and the credit is good now they want the car back but dont want to give the money back the did this for all the costumers they have in this 2 months and the dont help like they say they only want money and then the car back without giving your down payment back.
