BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS DEALER!!! I had the awful experience to purchase a vehicle at this dealer. They sold me a car with a broken windshield and James Little, one of the owners, promised they will send someone to my house to replace it since they didn’t have the parts to do it in house. He even showed me pictures of someone trying to change the windshield unsuccessfully to assure me that he had all the good intensions. 2 weeks later I called them and Ty Johnson, the other owner, told me that since I didn’t make them put it in writing, I was out of luck. I have been trying to talk to James Little for 2 weeks regarding what he promised me but he would not show up his face. I was really stupid to trust these people so I want everyone to know to be very careful before dealing with these people. I placed a complain with the BBB and nothing has been resolved. Today 08/02/10, I got a call from Ty Johnson stating he was going to sue me for defamation of character for posting the experience I had when dealing with them.
READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!..... I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE COMMENT BELOW... i brought a 2006 BMW 330I from Ty and James, Ty made everything sound so beautiful about this car, ( i sell my cars ready to drive, you dont even have to change the oil and things like that) before buying this car 4 months ago he told me that he was going to get me the navigation cd the following tuesday. ever since i have been coming back asking for the cd and he keeps telling that they dont have it. the worst thing is that he talks to you in a very rude manner. until today i still not received any cd and im sure i never will but ill keep begging until they give it to me...... ok that is just a minor problem.... one month ago when i took the car for a normal oil change because the car was shaking and the check engine light came on, my mechanic was AMAZED on the poor condition this car is, he said the engine did not blew up only because it is a BMW..... he found out that the car had the FACTORY OIL from 4 years ago, the oil filter was completely blocked.... he has been a mechanic for over 20 years and he said that he has never seen an oil like this in his life ( i looked like glue, and it has big chunks of something on it.) it had so much that he wasn't able to put one of those engine cleaners because i till block the pipes and it will worsen things.(so now i have to do an oil change every week for 6 weeks, then at last im going to have to remove the lid for the oil and wash the whole thing because there is no way the big chunks will come off). i asked him to save the filter and i took it to Ty, he wasnt there at the moment so i talked to James, he called Ty on the phone and i though that i was there for the cd and i could hear Ty yelling that i insist too much (obviously in veery different words,) when he calmed down James explained what happened with the oil and he told me to leave the filter there... another month passed and i never received a call from neither of them, so i went back last week and Ty was there.... he never faced me, or even said hi.... he starting going off on me almost screaming telling me that that wasn't my fault, that the car was good and that they were not responsible for the car (but obviously they threw away the oil filter so i have no evidence)... hopefully i can resolve this problem that is going to cost me no less than $1000 but i wanted to warn people about this place... one of the main reasons why i brought this car from them is because Ty is my neighbor and i honestly never thought that he will have the hart of doing this. specially because our families are very close..... PLEASE BE CAREFUL, SOMETIMES IS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT FOR ALOT MORE QUALITY...
if you want to deal with kind and honest people, this is the place to go. i drove from cincinnati to pick up this truck. it was better than expected and the whole family was involved. it was a very enjoyable experience, none of the high pressure junk you get from the major dealers. very fair to work with and if you need a car, do not go anywhere else. great job and thanks again
My old car died the day I moved to Murfreesboro, I was out of money, had bad credit and needed at car for work ASAP! Everyone else I had talked to just looked at me like a lost case, but Ty and James really bent over backwards to help me find a car and treated me like family, not just another sale. The vehicle I chose to purchase needed some general wear repairs and they went out of their way to fix them to make sure I was 200% happy with it before signing papers. Most dealers would just say "as is" to people in my position, taking advantage of my desperate need for a car right away, but they went out of their way to help me out. They were so patient, professional and compassionate that I would recommend them to anyone!
Purchased a very nice Lexus SC430 (for my wife) from this dealership. The entire experience was very pleasant. Wife is VERY happy with the car. Not only did I get a good deal on my purchase, they were more than fair in dealing with a car I had to trade/sell. In fact, they helped me far more than most dealerships I've dealt with in the past.
