I ended up using a different company and they completed the work less than a week after I accepted the bid. They also did an awesome job! I doubt 31W's service could be good if they can't even get the deal moving from the day 1 when I called. I couldn't even imagine how terribly they would probably handle conflict resolution if there was a problem with the work done. No thanks.
Long story short - they don't show up when they say they will to bid the job and even after you accept the quote and ask when they can perform the work, they will continue to give you the run around, avoid your calls, and not call you back when they say they will.
They have 1 gear. That is reverse. Guess they don't understand people have other things to do than to wait around on them. CLOWNS!!!
Unless you can afford to take days off work and have them NOT show up, go ahead! They get you with a cheaper price, but then cannot seem to show up to do the work!!! so what's the point!!!
