The fence is alright...it seems like some of the 4x4 posts weren't put in with enough concrete and they wiggle... a lot. After digging the holes for the posts and completing the job, I'm left with a lot of chunks of dirt and large rocks to clean up so that I don't ruin my lawn mower (and my neighbors too). I've already taken 5 or 6 buckets full of rocks and stuff and dumped it out back. One of their guys hit my mailbox with their truck, and if I hadn't noticed it and celled them out on it I don't think he would have said anything. He did say he was going to buy me a new mailbox and apologized...and I get that accidents happen. Not a huge deal.
Libby and staff are very personable. The crew is respectful. Today was the 3rd time we have used All-Star and coming out one more time. Very good price, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
We are beyond thrilled with the experience we've had with this company. Libby was a joy to work with from the first phone call to completion. She spent almost an hour with me during the estimate being very attentive to my ultimate goal and helping me find solutions that made it feasible. Her husband (co-owner) and his crew came out and worked the very next week for 2.5 days to give us a gorgeous above-ground pool deck and covered patio area. We have this company to thank for making our backyard oasis a little piece of Heaven. We definitely recommend them for any project – as it will be done to perfection.
