I'm just wondering if corporate knows about all our problems over here at Sheffield Park in Murfreesboro, TN. So many of the homeowners haven't had their extensive list of problems fixed. Also, We shouldn't have to pay taxes on our land when you won't even expand the dirt out so that we can use what we are paying for. We were told they needed that land for the water pond. Our premium lot doesn't seem very premium at all. Please fix this so that I can update our review to a better one. I love the house, just very many minor problems and one big problem. The house is livable and beautiful other than that.
The home is nice but a lot of little things brought this review down. The dishwasher wasn't screwed into the counter so each time we opened it it would tilt as if falling over. There is a small piece of molding missing iner the counter that is very visible. We pointed this out to the builder before closing. The bottom of our wall at the end of our stairs was curved in because of a bad cut of wood. Our painters the we hired had to fix that at our expense. There's deep tire marks in our back yard from when they layer the sod. All of this was shown to the builder before we closed. So this was supposed to be fixed before we moved in! We've been living here for roughly a month now. We called the builder to ask when It would be done he said he will turn it into The home warranty department. ....we should have stuck with ole' south!
