This is one of the best Doctor offices that I have been to in a long time. The staff is very caring!! They really take the time to listen to any issues that I am currently experiencing. I love that I can make same day appointments as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician.
I like Sangeetha and am appreciative how much she has helped me, but everything else there is terrible. The wait, trying to pay a bill, checking in, everything. I have waited on hold for 10-20 minutes several times trying to pay a bill. Absolutely ridiculous! FIY they use a 3rd party billing company that does not accept calls, you can only leave a voicemail, with my experience they get back to you 7-10 days later. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I give a low rating because the lady at the front desk named Cindy is the most rude person in the entire office.. I was told an amount for a visit & when I took off work to be here CINDY told me I needed more money or couldn't be seen.. so I had to give her the last of my money for the week in order to be seen ..(and it's only Monday) she is literally the only person that gives me a hard time in this office. Everyone else is helpful and kind.. if they got rid of her they would be a 5 star office. But with her & her rudeness it brings them down to a 1 star..
Excellent! Good Health. Associates has the best staff. They are very kind and have such a wonderful atmosphere of respect for patients. I absolutely love Dr. McCollum. I've been going there for 3 yeats and it is absolutely the greatest establishment I've ever visited. I highly recommend there service.
Very satisfied with the treatment my granddaughter received today from Dr. Oruganti. Dr. Was very friendly and thorough making us feel comfortable and at ease. Would recommend this Dr. And facility to anyone. Lab personal was great, got blood on the first stick. No need to poke her several times as that is what happened at a different facility.. thank you all for being very friendly and professional.
