Used to be very pleased with the service. Until this last time to which they told me I had no insurance... Which that was just a lie cause I know for a fact I do. Told me I could pay cash. All it was is that I had missed an appointment and one a long time ago to which I apparently do not have to pay the $25 fees for that. I am assuming because I'm not rich in their ritzy ass stuck up neighborhood. Well all I have to say is something happens without my medicine.. They will be sued! Not been feeling right... So will see! Oh yes I was late for that appointment which is only because they still have construction in same place for four years I think now and I do not get around well in that town. I used to drive in Cincinnati but I cannot seem to maneuver in Murfreesboro. Doctor was wonderful

I've never had any problems with this provider. Dr. Hancock is highly educated and takes time to explain everything in detail so that you are able to comprehend your diagnosis and treatment. The staff are courteous and prompt and I like that I get the one on one attention that I need! Thank you for keeping my thyroid condition controlled!
