ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY MOTHER AND SON'S TRIP BOOKING TWICE, MULTIPLE CALLS AND NO CALL BACK. PREPAID FOR HOTEL AND GET THERE AND NO RESERVATIONS OR ROOM BUT IT WAS PAID FOR THROUGH THEM. AGENT ON "EXTENDED LEAVE". TERRIBLE FROM PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Gosh, I feel badly for the review from someone 2 months ago. I personally have had nothing but wonderful, friendly and helpful service from this office. I did have a couple issues with my booking to Disney World for this coming October, however, they were very efficiently resolved. I've even checked on all my reservations and everything seems good to go!
