I'm only giving 2 stars because I paid them and it reflects on my bank statement. However I have received a late notice via mail and am highly upset. Waiting to get them on the phone. But I should have known something was up when they called to follow up on my quote but I had already purchased insurance with them. Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding because if it isn't then I'm going to need all of my little $300 back immediately. I will update if everything is resolved with out incident.
this place sucks they take 45 minutes just to get a quote. they will keeo you on the phone alnight if you let them. they are patheitic
I called to try to get insurance I was put on hold for at least 20 mins called back and no answer.
I kept contacting them about my payment that didn't go through, but they still didn't resolve it. They charged my card for 4 payments. Apparently it still says I owe them payments for the following month.
