EDIT 1/8/17: I cancelled before the end of the year after the above fiasco. Agent requested I fax cancellation request, confirmed receipt. I was drafted today for the renewal. Unbelievable how this company manages to operate.
Never there when you need them. I needed to change my policy and add to it, I was passed around, never called back in a timely manner. I decided after reading similar reviews to take Met Life through my employer for a much better deal and more coverage. I tried to support a local business, but the saying remains true, you get what you pay for.
Been sitting out here since 9 o'clock its 9:20 now no one's here
EDIT: 1/10/17 The previous call center rep was gracious to pinpoint the issue, send EFT cancel request form (which the rep on 12/14/16 should have provided) which I immediately faxed back. I called in to check the status since they've dropped the ball each time before and was informed I would not receive my full refund, but only $35. This is not my issue, I have copies where I requested cancellation within the allotted time, but they want to keep $13 for fees. My bank is disputing and will refund, provided I cancel my current debit card. To me, it is worth the trouble because it's the principle of not letting this company operate as they see fit. Please look elsewhere for insurance, this company will cause you nothing but heartache. Filing Better Business Bureau complaint.
