I've never been a customer but they repeatedly try to fax me. I've called several times over the years but they still continue to attempt to fax to my cell phone. If you want an insurance company that faxes your info to random strangers, then by all means pick this one.

They get one star based on poor follow up and questionable ethics. No one contacted me for a week after my car was wrecked at a repair shop, of all places, where it was in for a detail. When I questioned the use of remanufactured parts and why they were unwilling to follow the repair shop's recommendation to replace the door, I was told that's the way all insurance companies do business. It's obviously not and that attitude is disappointing.
This company does not even deserve one star! My claim representative Don S. would not call me back after calling repeatedly and leaving messages and after 5 months my truck is still not fixed. Any company that would tell a mother of 4 (two with disabilities) to stop on a very dangerous road with no cell phone reception is ridiculous. After speaking with Don's supervisor he did call but only to be a worthless jerk.
Had a policy with them for 8 years they went to rewrite their policies and sent me a notice of non-renewal because I didn't fit into a certain category would not have have them one star but had to to comment they are crooks and the people answering the phones are awfull don't do bussiness with them consumers insurance sucks!
