HORRIBLE experience and still trying to fight it. Completely dropped the ball many times, leaving my home uninsured for over a month. Everyone I talk with there agrees they dropped the ball, yet no one can get anything fixed or done about it.
Actually switching to geico and cancelling my service with liberty mutual tomorrow morning. I have gone in to correct my agent and his assistants mistakes at least twice now. First they were charging me for my old car, leaving my new car completely uninsured while I was still making payments, the second time they were charging me for both cars while my old car was supposed to be charged to my mothers account. This time they were supposed to be charging my account automatically for my car but instead hadn't been taking out anything at all. So I now owe $795 to a collection agency. I got numerous things in the mail from them and nothing said anything about me owing money to them. With no warning, I am now almost $900 in debt because of them. I had excellent credit before this experience and now it is dirt. Switching to a company that will actually NOT OVERCHARGE someone that has never been in a wreck and o lay has one speeding ticket. Thanks liberty mutual.
Loved my original insurance agent but after his passing they assigned me a young snot kid. This guy has been of no help and my insurance has gone up every year for no reason. Very high rates and they constantly lower coverage. I've been with them over 5 years. Time to change.
