When I called in with my issue Joshlin was very helpful and friendly. Then the Tech, Gary Allen came out and was prompt, professional, informative, and answered all my questions. I will use again and definitely recommend!
Ty was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, replaced our unit and was extremely nice and helpful the entire time he was at our home. This guy was overall the best A/C person we have ever dealt with!!
Total Trans4mation had someone out that day who evaluated our problem. The solenoid operated damper to the upstairs section had failed closed. It's solenoid actuator had burned up because the damper was originally installed backwards. Also the technician noted that the re-circulation line to the air unit was way too short. For the size of the unit, it should have been at least 15 ft long but it was about 6 ft long. The shortness was freezing up the condenser coils.
Overview, we bought a new house and needed a unit replaced. Joe (general manager) came out and gave us a quote. We agreed on a price and set a date. Ty was our tech and as above, he was the best person to do the job. Extremely knowledgeable and over the top nice. He deserves a bonus. We offered to buy him dinner, due to him staying late to make sure we were 100% setup, but he politely declined. He is an outstanding employee!

We built our house a little over 3 years ago and the a/c did not work properly from day one. The house had one large unit that provided air to both the upstairs and downstairs with two thermostat controllers controlling two dampers, one for each level. From the beginning the front of the house never got enough cooling or heating depending on the time of year and the upstairs section was always messed up. We finally turned that section off. We had the original contractor come back many times but he could not get it straightened out. The contractor did adjust the outlet vents which helped some but not totally. Thinking the unit may be the issue we called the a/c company representative about our issue and he said he would contact the contractor. We found out later that the contractor lied to him about his followup service. That was the last straw.
We had had Total Trans4mation come one time earlier to fix a condensation leak when our contractor was "out of town". Out of frustration, about 3 months ago we decided to try them to get the system working correctly.

The technician temporarily blocked open the failed damper and ordered the parts we needed to repair the unit permanently. The system worked much better even that day. Two days later another technician returned and replaced the failed damper unit and solenoid controller properly, as well as, adding the necessary length to the re-circulation line. I must say it was a blistering hot day for him to be in our attic.
We've been with Total for about 2 years now. They have a great MVP program, and the staff is wonderful. Jocelyn in the office is always very helpful and patient with us. Both Mitch and Gary have been our technicians and I have found them to both be very knowledgeable, honest, and just all around good guys. I work in the construction industry and know first hand how difficult it can be to find a good HVAC technician, but I feel confident that my system is in good hands with the staff at Total Transformation!
