I have lived at Cason for two years and have enjoyed it. The location is great- convenient to stores but not in the middle of traffic. The apartments are beautiful and even the one bedrooms are spacious. Staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to get in touch with.
I must say when I found these apartments online I thought Paradise) Once I got all settled in I swear it's been problems after problems. First of all on the day I first went in I had to screenshot pictures of areas that were not cleaned in the apartment(as if it was half cleaned) the closet door in one of the bedrooms was off track and continued to come off track, one of the kitchen cabinet doors does not close completely and the issue still is not completely resolved, the tub in the bathroom has a big oval rusted stain in it that will not go away and is coming up from the bottom of the tub and rusting, there is a constant drip in the sink which I no is gonna cause my water bill to sky rocket, not to mention the heating element in my microwave has gone out, the carpet on the stairs smelled like dogs which finally got recleaned, I agree with the attitude of the staff yes they are rude and brush you off a lot. My tub has to have some work done which involves using products with a horrible smell that will require you to not be able to stay in the home and inhale the scent not to mention I have a 5 math old in the home and two asthmatic daughters. I called the office to see if they would give us somewhere to stay like a model apartment or hotel and Sonya said no is there not somewhere we can go for some hours until the smell is gone like really are you serious right now? The pool was nasty the day we went and had worms all in the bottom of it just disgusting. I can't wait for my lease to be up here I am so uncomfortable here it's been by far the worst experience I have had out of the apartments I have lived in. They charged me over $2300 to move in. Just kept giving me the run around. I am so tired of these people and something needs to be done about the staff and their hatefulness towards tenants. If anyone knows the number to the corporate office please let me no because I really and truly can't believe they allow this type of behavior and all these issues to be going on. I will be researching and I will find that number to speak with someone myself. This is just ridiculous and for Sonya to tell us to go somewhere for a few hours until the smell goes away I have already been informed on how bad the scent is. They should be trying to accommodate my family we do pay almost $1300 a month to live here. These people just don't care!!! Corporate number please!!!!
I LOVE CASON ESTATES!!! Last year I moved from NC to TN with my fiance in her one bedroom and absolutely loved it. Recently we decided that we needed more space and Sonja went above and beyond to find us a two bedroom at the perfect price for our budget. Not only that but the entire staff is always friendly and making sure we are take care of. We couldn't ask for more, thank you Cason Estates!!!!
Cason Estates is amazing! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating!! I lived here for a year, but unfortunately had to move out for life circumstancial reasons, but I miss living at Cason all the time. The layouts are so pretty and spacious and the amenities are top notch. The pricing is absolutely fair and the location is the best in the city. No where else can compare to Cason.
I have lived at Cason Estates for almost a year now and I love it here! Sonja showed us the apartments and suggested we look at the upstairs apartment although we had requested a downstairs because she thought we would like it more. She was SO RIGHT. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit the office. We have only had one maintenance request since we’ve lived here and it was resolved quickly. Needless to say we are planning to renew when the year is up!
