Office staff seems friendly but makes promises they seem to forget about.Make sure u have everything in writing if they promised anything for the apt. Lots of cats and some apts have cat urine odor smell. Upstairs is very hot no matter how cool it feels downstairs.
Be cautious when evrything seems to good to be true. It usually is.

MMC Properties is a joke DO NOT waste your time or money with them. They charge some for pet deposits and others never have to pay a dime.
This is a nice descent apt but the neighbors are not friendly. I'm a full time student with children. We moved here to save money while I am in school and it's near the college. I would not recommend moving here unless you like walking on egg shells!
