My wife and I decided to move to Murfreesboro and sale our home in another county. I asked several people i knew who should i use as a realtor?

Well, I went back in the military and they had different plans as to where I was being stationed so I took off on my new location and left the family there to settle in our beautiful newly purchased house. About 6 months later my wife and I decided that living apart was horrible so they left TN and moved to the DC area and we started to rent our home.

Anyway, when I first moved to TN after exiting the military in 1997 we moved to a small town (LaVergne, TN). After a few years and some remodeling, my wife and I decided to sell and move up to a larger home. We contacted some lady name Kendra Cooke who at the time was with Bob Parks Realty. We looked and searched and searched some more. We gave Kendra a very tight budget and small window to pursue our new dream home.

Kendra Cooke was quickly able to understand exactly what my wife and I were looking for. She was very accurate in her home buying advice to us. Kendra made our build process very easy by managing the build process, working with the builder to align our desires with the build plan, and fighting for us during any builder/buyer disagreements (Kendra was ALWAYS the bigger dog). Most importantly, Kendra is not done after closing. She stays in our corner working with the builder to ensure every item on the punch/follow up list is complete. We are completely satisfied. If you want to buy a home the safe way, I strongly recommend Kendra.
Needless to say, Kendra found one and took us to the next town over (Smyrna, TN). Little did we know that she had already had a buyer for our current home and now the pressure was on us. We found one that we really loved and however the price was a little steep for us.
I have bought and sold a house with Cooke Reality and I couldn't have been happier. My realtor Eric Aristizabal was amazing, always there for me when I needed him, handled everything, advised me when I needed. I am confident that my success in buying my home and in selling my home was because of him and the Cooke reality team.
I contacted Kendra and she agreed to help us sale our home and purchase one in Murfreesboro. What I liked about Kendra is the straight forward approach, she didn't hit us with 3 or 4 levels of service based on different percentages (commissions). She and her Team are Professionals!!!

The process was as smooth as could be. I will add, I didn't make it easy for Kendra and her staff, i constantly ask about different properties, probably 50 or more houses in the time it took to sell our house through closing. But i will say what ever i asked for the Cooke team got me the information at lighting speed.
It was a pleasure working with Kendra and the team, as crazy as it sounds i look forward to selling and buying again, just as long as kendra and her team handle it.
My wife and I spent Sunday afternoons going to open houses, this of course prior to deciding to sale and move.
