Terrible customer service.. The staff doesn't greet you or offer to help you when entering the store. When I needed some help they were not very friendly and acted as if they didn't want to be bothered. One girl even rolled her eyes at me. There are too many other children's stores with friendly staff and better prices. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
I must say I had a pretty good experience. I was greeted by a staff member right away, she answered my questions and after I left the store and came back again with my son she recognized and greeted again. I found some good clothes for the kids and very specific PJs that my son wanted. So everyone in my family was happy :).
I had the best Customer Service at this store! The Sales Clerk was very helpful. I will definitely be back!
