Today was the second time i went in to buy fish within the last few months I kinda dreaded it because I had a awful experience the last time with the girls n the fish dept. I always try to be very sweet to everyone I talk to, alot of the time I go out of my way to be extra nice to the point that I humble myself just to get a friendly response from people who work in sales and with the public for I know how that job is I use to work in sales myself for years but anyway to get back to the point I've never been treated so horrible by an assoc like I was and am everytime i have to go to buy fish at the murfressboro tn petsmart location I've tried being so sweet but these girls act like they hate there job and the customers with the passion the first incident one of the girls even acted like she wanted to hurt me she slammed a ladder across the fish tanks and scared my little 4 yr old grandbaby smethg awful we all jumped out of our skin im not one to turn assoc in I usually just go on and keep my mouth shut but smethg needs to be done I feel so uncomfortable even trying to go back there and I talk so nice to them but they still gave attitude today so this is my last resort besides calling there DM or manager, plz have a talk with them about being more cortious to the customers...
Did a great job cutting my collies hair! It's hard to find a groomer that will do exactly what your looking for on a long haired dog! I will definitely be going back!
Great customer service. Had my puppy and 2yr. child with me and they were more than willing to help me carry the cage I was purchasing. The associate Jacob was working the register and suggested we purchase the "Puppy Guide" ended up saving us some money. Very happy with our visit to PetSmart.

I did the monthly payment option last summer for my dog. I finished paying off the remaining amount this year in April and express that I no longer want the service. After four months my card was charged for a renewal. When I called the office they could not find any of my information, yet my card was still charged. I was instructed to contact their customer service office to get a refund and officially cancel my account. Save your mine and go to an actual vet office
