The staff here was incredibly supportive and empathetic when we had to put our beloved cat of 12 years to sleep right before Christmas. They made the process bearable, and even sent a sympathy card. Cannot recommend them highly enough, especially during such a difficult time.
I have been to this location several times so this is not a one time visit. I have seen 3 different Vets. And in my experiences I have been very impressed not once have I walked away and thought that was a bad experience. This last visit with Dr. Lofton has been amazing! She is extremely competent and knowledgeable. My cat Milo has IBD and has been suffering with it for years. Dr. Lofton has shown such care with follow up calls and suggestions which has been so reassuring. Value Vet doesn’t mean just cost, but to me it means they VALUE you and you fur baby!!!
