Dylan is a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. We brought a used 2007 Toyota Yaris and brought it to Dylan. It had a few little quirks in how it ran and he fixed those up for us. He it the car up to date on maintenance and now it runs like new. I highly recommend Dylan and this shop!

Based on the reviews here, I took my 2011 VW Jetta in for a/c service, already knowing I needed a new compressor. Donna found a couple options, new and rebuilt. I wanted the new but it would take 48 hours to get. She asked if she could call me back after checking another option and when she did, it was actually cheaper than the original and they could have it next day. I was able to drop it off and have it back the following day. NOTE: The a/c started having issues again a couple days later and I had to take it back in. They checked it and acknowledged there was still an issue. They took care of it immediately though, and without any questions, and it has been working great ever since. Even with this little snag, I'll be taking my car back if I need further work.
The first thing you should know is that this is a family-owned and family-run business. Donna, the front manager, was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to go above and beyond answering all my questions. Dylan, the ASE-Certified service manager, checked out 2 vehicles for me while I was shopping for a used SUV. The 34-point check is legendary; my car dealership was shocked to see that he even checked the license plate lights. Don't compare this to a "##-point inspection" anywhere else, they go over your vehicle with a fine-toothed comb.
Parts on estimate were an average of 30% over retail price. Brought in an old farm truck in for a patch job on a coolant leak and paid $45 to be quoted $2800 to replace everything but the engine, including $110 to clean the engine with degreaser. I could understand the full quote and mark ups if I brought in a brand new car, but we're talking about a 30 year old work horse - not a show pony. I just wanted a couple of radiator hoses installed but when AutoZone has them for $15 and you want to charge me $30, I'll just do it myself.
