Friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere. Always have what I need. Love my Dillard's
I've shopped here often, and have usually had good experiences. But yesterday, I did some after Christmas sale shopping at Dillards. They were experiencing some issues with their cash register computer system. They kept on swiping my debit card to no avail in getting it to work, then used my other credit card to no avail as well. The cashier assured me that there would be no charges to my account with the other swipes. Then we had to go to another cash register which then worked.
Well, this morning, I awoke to see my checking account drained by three purchases for the same dollar amount from Dillards... and my other credit card was also charged. I went back to Dillards today, and was told that there wasn't anything that could be done today, but possibly come back tomorrow. I couldn't be more disappointed.
Young lady in the dress department was gracious enough to keep my shoes under the register until I was ready to purchase. I also purchased 2 pair of shoes. Ladies in shoe department was awesome
It's dillards...you need a suit. Go here. You need generic slacks, go here. Just a one stop shop for all your dress/business needs.
Not a good store in Murfreesboro TN. Spent over 3000 dollars as a parent and grandparents for Christmas gifts. Will be returning all items we bought. We had picked out our last gift ( 150.00 ) of shoes in the mens department. The employee who was over that department over in another department right next toit talking away to other employees. She turned and looked over at us, granted there was also two other customers waiting too. She started her way over, stopped and started talking to the other employees again. Then after 5 minutes of waiting she turned to make her way over, but again stopped to talk to a customer she knew and was already was in the previous conversation in the other development as the customer had told her goodbye and leaving the store. Well again after 5 minutes of waiting, We just left the store. You cant miss this employee, has a voice loader than a horn on a freight train, prob mid 50's to younger 60's and is around 5' 7" tall. WE WILL RETURN ALL IYEMS AND NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. If Dillard's hires employees like this. Then Dillard's need to shut their doors.
