Everything was in stock that I was looking for and the check out line was fast. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also good selection of kid clothes.
They have decent clearance sales here and the prices tend to be fairly reasonable although that's mostly because they are so good about always having clearance sales. It is rather hard to find a sales person to help you out away from the checkouts though. Personally I was also disappointed I'm their selection of khakis as the only long ones are made for men. Guess ladies can't be tall at kohl's...
I was shopping during Christmas but when I got in line there were plenty of cashiers so my wait was non existent. The cashier had a great disposition to top it off!

Some of the staff are just there, while somer are there to help customers. It just depends on who is there as to how you will get treated. I'm in between this one and the one in Cookeville. The staff in the Cookeville Kohl are way more helpful and friendly. They are really far better at customer service!
