The checkout person was great
BOUGHT WASHER ,DRYER ,DISHWASHER ,FRIDGE ,STOVE ,MATTRESS AND PAID TO HAVE INSTALLED. WELL WASHER AND DRYER WRONG SIZE SENT BACK HAD TO PAY RESTOCK FEE . NO ONE IN AREA TO INSTALL .PROMISED MONEY FOR WASHER AND DRYER AND INSTALL REFUND .THAT WAS JULY 2017 STILL NO REFUND .TALKED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE PROMISE EACH TIME CHECK IN MAIL ! OH YES WE PAID CASH .
Doors were open when I arrived to Sears this morning approx 5 mins before the "open" time on the door. Came in and was told I needed to leave because they were holding a meeting. I asked if I could just come look at something I needed to buy today. Guy walked up and said leave. So I left and as I walked out he said thanks for closing the door behind you ass. Never been so disrespected before. Very very rude. Will never be back.
Sears does a wonderful job. Many people on here are just unaware of store policy and have rated it one star. Sad.
The sears store in Murfreesboro tn is clean and the staff is always helpful the only down fall is my husband spends to much time and money in here every time he walks in lol but over all great shopping experience
