I took my lunch break to go to this store to purchase a gun from sporting goods. I stood there my entire lunch break and was never helped by anyone. I asked two different people if they could get someone to help me but still not one person came to help. I left the store without anything. Absolutely unbelievable!
My review is for the bakery. I knew that I would need a certain amount of cupcakes with certain cake, frosting, and colors. I did the reasonable thing, order ahead. They used the wrong frosting and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. Sure. Manager says, “I see on the order that you wanted red frosting on twelve of them. That’s unfortunate, but it happens.” I will not use this bakery again. Also, the check out lane had at least 7 things that someone had decided they didn’t want any more. This store needs some improvements.
The Girls in Customer service are hilarious...Very helpful but hilarious.
Don't like being followed and being watched like I'm a criminal!! I will try on the coat and the gloves! And still being followed till we left the sporting goods area!

Right now it’s crowded due to the holiday season. But also, it’s Walmart? We need Walmart but who really ever loves it? The cashiers are ok and the pharmacy has always been helpful and just great personalities all around. Never had an issue with customer service, just the customers. They’re attitudes suck. One thing about the store I will say is it doesn’t offer as much as other stores when it comes to certain things and they always seem to be out of stuff. But they are on the edge of walter hill and Murfreesboro so people in the small town that all we have is the dollar store go to this Walmart and then the people in Murfreesboro that don’t want to get robbed or shot at the old fart Walmart go to this one. So I guess that’s why right now they’re crowded and always running out of stuff.
