Rachel at the front desk is and has always been absolutely great, however this location consistently overbooks leaving my children and I waiting 2 hours to see the doctor.
I have been going to the Murfreesboro location for 3 years now. My son has been going since he was a newborn and he is now 3. I absolutely love them at Capstone, from the receptionist to the doctors. I have never had a problem with waiting, nor rudeness. We are always in and out, never waiting in the lobby for a long period of time or in the back. Every time we are treated very good. The receptionist knows my son by his name and greet him every time. For a doctor's office to have so many patients and for them to still know your child by there name says a lot to me. They always call me ahead time for appointments, lab results, also if i call when he his sick they always make the time for us to come in. Overall I haven't had a bad experience with them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
I use to come here when I was 18 and younger and had to wait forever once they bring you to their room. I stop by again for the last time and they still take forever. I estimate about 1 hour you sit in the room waiting for the doctor/nurses to come in and finish their thing. I was only in for a simple physical. They overbook patients. All the good doctors have up and left for better places.
I absolutely love that my 3 children go to Capstone. The staff is always so helpful with them. They work with me and my ever changing schedule. My kids like going there and that says a lot because children usually hate the doctor's office. Thanks guys for being here for us, especially on Saturdays. A working mother can;t ask for much more than that.
If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. They do not return calls or give lab/test results in a timely manner. I had to keep calling for days to get any information about my child. Called after hours service and was never called back by the provider. Unacceptable when it comes to the care of a child. Caused much stress and frustration. Staff seems very uneducated and thoughtless.
