Dr. Boles is amazing. He is a doctor that will be upfront and honest with you and truly cares about his patients. I'm high risk and was so scared about finding a good doctor for my pregnancy and I honestly feel relieved that I found him. I also love how Christian based the office is. Will highly recommend him to anyone.
Everything with my delivery went perfect, and Dr.Boles was amazing! BUT..... That office is a NIGHTMARE. The waiting room should be your first clue that the office is on struggle street. If you value your time do not choose this office. Expect to wait in the gross waiting room for at least 30-40 minutes. Then you will sit in the exam room for 45 min to an hour... with zero apology. Pretty much every time you will have to see NP Penny because Boles is busy with deliveries. The problem is Penny is a nightmare and no one want to be seen by her. At the end of my pregnancy I loathed my visits bc I knew it would be hours for a quick check in with doctor. Please GO SOMEONE WHERE ELSE!
Loved my nurses and when I finally met him felt comfortable becauae he knows what he is doing. There was one girl at the front desk that was not only rude but super childlike. She had a baby 2016 and honestly, office was better off without her. I only had a long wait one time. And though I dodnt meet him will like a few visits before I went into labor, I recommend him for all the important reasons.
I have never waited so long to pee in a cup in my whole life! Every visit is over an hour and a half wait! I've never met the doctor. I switched doctors to dr. Boles because I heard great things... I would rather pay the 5,000$ cash to a doctor that was on time. Didn't overbook. Met with his patients and cared! Having "insurance" isn't worth this headache.
The absolute WORST office staff that I've EVER encountered! They are completely rude, unprofessional, and have NO regard or concern for how they treat their patients! Don't even bother telling Dr. Boles about the attitude problem his staff has because he does not care and will only defend them! Also, instead of addressing the problem with his staff, he wanted to place the blame on my pregnant daughter saying that she should've been nicer. REALLY???!!!! If you go to this office you are making a HUGE MISTAKE! Not only is the staff EXTREMELY RUDE, they are also incompetent! They can't even clear up a yeast infection that she's had for a month now! She will not be continuing her care with this office nor will she ever see them again!
