Very poor customer service and communication. It took several weeks to get an appt scheduled at the preferred time which wasn't a big deal but would help with understand why I didn't want to reschedule when I'm coming to address a chronic pain issue that started a few months ago. I arrived on time and asked how long should I expect to be there because I had a dental appt scheduled an hour later in the area. The only support staff went to speak with someone to let them know I had another appt. It seems like that one front desk staff person was overworked for the amount of patients. She usually had ppl sitting with a waiting list to do things such as schedule follow up appt or pass a message. The paper work I expected to take 10-15 minutes. However, there is a tablet I also had to fill out. After 10 minutes, It timed out on me on the last page in which I was told to do over b4 they would see me. Meanwhile, in order to make my dentist appt I would've needed to leave in the next 15 minutes so again asked about how long that appt would take. I was willing to reschedule my dental appt if I knew it would take longer than an hour. The support staff offered to reschedule me which was not a good plan for me. I requested to speak with a manager and was told they didn't have one but was able to speak with a nurse. She said if it timed out again they would have me fill it out another way. The support lady then said to no paricular person but about me that it isn't smart to schedule another appt after a new patient appt. That comment was not only unnecessary but offensive. I rarely have 1st appts take longer than an hour when I'm on time unless notified in advance. Once in the back 10 minutes b4 my next appt, I asked again how long the appt should take. A tech snobbishly said that the nurse wouldn't rush but didn't actually answer my question. They gathered my vitals, the nurse spoke to me and 5 minutes later the appt was over. I communicated how infuriated I was because I realized I could've made my dentist appt and also I had made every effort to communicate my goal to understand their process with them from the time I got there only to get inconclusive answers and attitudes. Needless to say, I don't plan to attend this location again.

When I was called to interview for Certified Professional Coding position with Comprehensive Pain & Neurology Centers, I did my research. I saw negative comments, but I also saw reviews of patients who had reached great levels of relief from the care provided by Dr. John R. Schneider and staff.

Sincerely,

I have never worked with a physician as willing to work with his Billing/Coding staff to assure all Providers (including himself), Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Administrative Staff are trained and knowledgeable in the process of front-to-back office procedure and protocol. He strives to have us all work with great ethic and efficient value.

In this new era of medicine, we are challenged from many directions. We are striving to meet those challenges with renewed positivism. Those who know me know how sincere I am in this statement. Students I have instructed reveled in my adamant persistence that they go forward in their chosen vocations without negativity, as negative only breeds negative. We are applying this adage daily as we go about confirming this practice as the best of its specialty in the state of Tennessee.

I refer my doctors here at Comprehensive Pain & Neurology to friends and family, for I know the true personality and intentions of every member of our growing practice is to give the best care possible to every patient.

I can't understand all the bad things being said about Dr. Schneider and his staff. I'm going there and they have been VERY COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Schneider cares about his patients and listens to them.

We have patients with real needs. We strive to meet those needs with positive and compassionate clinical and administrative care.

After more than a month and two interviews, I decided to join the CPNC practice. I immediately felt successful in my position and was respected and sought by providers, clinical, and administrative staff for coding knowledge in their efforts to provide the best overall care possible for patients.

If you have another place to go I would the incompetent staff is rude also. You know I'm not the only person this has happened since they have message saying if you leave more than 1 message you will be charged $25.00.

Staff is incompetent sent letter to Dr Schneider and Dr Monica Settlewhite and have not heard from anyone. There staff Nurse Jennifer and Nurse Practitioner are incompetent in doing job. My prescription was supossed to be a drug store when I went to pick up had not been sent so called office left message called the next day and Jennifer said they were having issues so I went and pick up prescription went to drug store and it was wrong so called the next morning left another message. Went by office and picked up New percription and went to drug store and it was a new amount and needed PRYOR APPROVAL Jennifer never said anything

Horrible practice at every location. It took me 3 hours for them to finally let me see the doctor on my first visit because they scheduled my appointment during the clinic's lunch break. Then on my subsequent visit, they lost my medication injections for my migraines! That's right, they couldn't find them. So here I am with a chronic condition, that I have been waiting for weeks to get relief from and now they're telling me (as I'm sitting in the office) that they can't find my medication. This place is a joke. They said they would call me when they found it and then I could come in. Never mind that I've already taken off of work twice to get this done. The only reason I'm here is because they accept my insurance.

Gregg

I trust them.

This is NOT a pill mill, they operate a an office that cares about their patients and not just money.

That is uncalled for and this is my 2nd post on here I guess they deleted my first review.

when I picked up percription so I called again next day left message again never heard from Jennifer or Megan called again left another message ...i went ahead and called insurance to ger Pryor approval when Jennifer did call back she got mad said that was her job to call insurance the next day I called Jennifer again and she said she had problem contacting insurance so with her on phone with me I did 3 way call and got Pryor approval ...said she would get ready... So I went to pharmacy to pick up other prescription and it had never been sent either. Called Jennifer again and Megan said it would be there that night but of course it was not so next day I went to office and DEMANDED to see Jennifer or doctor finally got prescriptions.

I would recommend Dr. Schneider and his staff to everyone. I would feel comfortable sending my Mother there.

So wonder how long this will stay before they remove my Review.
