If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have never dealt with anyone in the medical field as unprofessional as this clinic. I highly recommend finding a different clinic for any of your medical needs. This goes for the doctors, nurses, and the secretary.
Over the course of 2 years I have been given the wrong medications, given an non-thorough physical exam, been charged full price for services that should have been covered under my medical insurance plan... Now the most recent problem with them has pushed me over the edge. They want to charge me $30 for a "paperwork fee" but wont let me pay this with my HSA and will not give me an invoice number to make the payment. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say about this clinic. I will never be back.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are awful!!! I came in with an issue with my ankle. The whole reason we picked them is that their website said they had xray on site (they did NOT, sent us to MMC). The doctor never even touched my ankle just glanced at it. Waited all day after getting xrays to hear something about what the xrays said, they NEVER called. I called them 3 times. The first time was 3 days later and they claimed they never got my xrays back, called 2 more times after that and BOTH times I got hung up on. To this day, I still have NOT heard anything about my ankle and when I call them I am put on hold and NOT helped. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is NOT worth it.
I am not one to write reviews especially when I'm frustrated with something. I'm a very mild mannered and calm person however today I am furious. Finding this office and going with the 3 star rating I thought I found a good place. For the most part the service itself was standard and somewhat mediocre as I sat and waited for someone to tell me what to do next. You have to pay for everything individually. Creating multiple visits just for extra cash and I still said ok it's a business that's what they do. But after calling the office and constantly being interrupted by the lady on the phone who completely seemed bothered by my call. And I understand busy but she was completely unprofessional and unconcerned. I will not be taking my services there any time soon as I am highly disappointed nor will I recommend that anyone else have to deal with such in consideration especially after paying for services and was looking to have a new primary care physician. I'm very upset with the customer service I received from the front desk and I will still remain respectful enough not to name the lady but I'm sure the doctor's don't pay them to be rude with customers and more than anything I'm very disappointed because there was a much better way she could've handled that phone call because you never know who's calling and being nice in person and rude over the phone is not consistent service.
Do not waste your time or money on this place, there are much better clinics in Murfreesboro.
AWFUL!!! They are dirty lady up front is rude. The dr seen me once after a car wreck and acted like all I wanted was pain pills never touched me or even looked. Go in today they drug test me without telling me because my heart rate was high like really they are awful I suggest if you want your dr to care don't go there
