I have now received a second bill for $25. I think these people have gone overboard about this matter. I am retired. $25 is a lot of money for nothing. I can tell you they are not that busy
I missed my second appointment with these people and when I went for my third appointment I was told that if I did not pay $25.00 for missing the second appointment I would not be seen.
Be warned. They are not a forgiving bunch.
One star is even too generous. My appt with Dr. Johnson was pointless. Absolutely rude and did not even try to address any of my concerns. Will not EVER go back there.
I refused to pay the $25.00. I am not in the habit of missing appointments but being humanit will happen now and again.
