I moved to Murfreesboro and needed a doctor for my kids so I gave them a try on a Wednesday I went in for a adhd app for my son he got prescribed a med I went to fill it and they said it needed doctor authzrion so I called that same day to fix it . Here it is Saturday still not been fixed and keep getting the run around ! Now saying that it won't be fixed till Monday. If it's not I'll be finding a new doctor ASAP! Also they will put u on hold for 30+ mins just for u to have to repeat ur self on why ur calling... not good front desk care!
Let me start by saying that 2 of my kids have been going here for the past 2 years and for the most part have been pleasant and good experiences but, as of late, that has not been the case. My wife is the one that does all of the appt scheduling as she is the homemaker and me, the bread runner per say. Our daughter has had to see her pediatrician several times over the past 4-5 months. The Dr's here have been great from what I have seen! Mine and my wife's issue is with whomever answers the phones to make the appt's. Rude would be an understatement to say the least. With that being said, I walk in for the appt that my wife got treated poorly to make in the 1st place and a woman that works here says "of coarse someone walks in now" umm. Im sorry but don't you treat the sick and didn't yall tell us this was the earliest that we could be seen? Sorry but, we are very disappointed with how parts of this practice are being ran now!
Fantastic staff, not a "bad" Dr in the practice. We love the convenient hours, we basically only use the walk in appt maybe once a year for a virus. And well child check ups.
Mary Pate - Dr. Hoey is my 16 month old daughters Dr. she has been quite the blessing. I'm a first time mother with lots of worries and questions about all topics. Dr Hoey is so knowledged about all my concerns which makes me feel great about her answers. I have taken all her advice from steps to take when caring for certain sicknesses to handling each growing stage and my daughter responds just as expected. I feel great knowing that if I call her, she always takes care of us right away and always has a game plan if something were to go wrong. For a first time mother, i am very pleased with her and feel at ease every time we see her no matter what the reason may be. She is honest, kind, caring and very fun. I know my daughter is in good hands and would recommend Dr. Hoey to anyone looking for a bright, smart, and very knowledgeable pediatrician.
I have 2 boys that have been going here since birth, 12 years..have never had a negative experience. Calls are always returned promptly, prescriptions always sent in quickly, and Dr.s that follow up and remember what's going on with my kids.
