Clueless employees, terrible customer service. Don't go here.
I was extremely upset when my wife let me know her line was deactivated right after I left to go shopping for her. When I went back to the store, I explained to the rep at the door why I had returned and let him know I was upset and didn't want to wait another hour to get the situation resolved. He told to me to take a seat and wait for someone to help me. I did not take a seat...I asked for a manager and the door greeter said he was the manager. After all this, they were unable to fix the issue and my wife got her Christmas present 9 days early...sucks...but her existing phone was deactivated and she already knew the surprise. AT&T on Thompson is worth no stars!!!
I went here to do some price comparisons and to see how much it would cost (I was on my parents account at the time) and they ended up creating an account for me without my permission and then billing me for it. As I did not sign up (and was still on my parents account), I fought it and it took 5 different phone calls with different people to get my account cleared because I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IT.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! Waited over an hour to purchase a new iPhone X. I specifically told representative NOT to deactivate existing line because the new phone was a Christmas present.
The employees don’t even know how to use there own website. Even the manager. They are completely cluess and just tell you to figure it out. Terrible customer service. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES
Very helpful staff. Would give 5 stars but the wait is always too long.
I will never go in that store again! Had me waiting for 45 minutes while two employees were sitting there doing nothing. So, I left because I can’t handle morons! AVOID THIS STORE!!
