Nothing. Try to to call Best Buy to find out what was going on was transferred around several times and hung up on/disconnected three times. Finally, fed up I went to the store and they said my appliance was not at the store and that I would have to call back again the next day to set up a reschedule time. They were the least bit apologetic about it wasting my entire day either. Go anywhere else to get your appliances.
Do not order appliances for delivery/install from this store! I purchased kitchen appliances from Best Buy and Murfreesboro and was given an install date and time. Time came, they did not show up. No phone call.
Unfortunately, I chose Best Buy to shop at today for the Black Friday Savings! This was a mistake! I was attempting to buy two Apple Computers totalling in the "thousands." I placed my order online only to arrive and be told "No thanks, come back tomorrow!" Seriously? They said they had technical issues processing the Best Buy Credit Card I used to make the purchase. That happens and I can deal with it. However, when I asked to pay cash, debit, etc.....the Best Buy Representative acted like that was way too difficult. Ergo, terrible service and now I'm even more thankful this season for Amazon Prime. Alexa, seems to always be helpful and I never need to wait in line.
A fantastic store with friendly, helpful employees. Even though I couldn't find someone to assist me in the section I happened to be in, I am a self-sufficient adult that utilized the excellent layout to find what I was looking for.
Good place to shop at if you're an electronics guru. Staff shouldn't be expected to know everything, and if they don't know about particular product they will go out of their way to find out. You can tell the manager is dedicated to the company.
I left the first paragraph up because it was a horrible experience. In the end, they went above and beyond to correct my original experience when I spoke with the manager. He did make everything right in the end and that is really what matters most.
Ordered a tv online for delivery between 12-4pm from this store. 4 pm came and they still hadn't shown up. I called and they said they were running behind. A couple hours later, I called again and was told the same thing. They never showed up. I called the next morning when they opened and they said that they would have to reschedule for another day and that deliveries for the current day were already full. I ended up just cancelling my tv altogether.
It's not worth the hassle dealing with this incompetent careless company.
