We received a very good price for a new refrigerator from George McSwain at EE. Josh and William delivered it yesterday. I was very impressed with their speed, courtesy, and efficiency. They knew what they were doing and worked so well together to get the old frig out of the house without damaging anything and bringing in the new one. They made sure the water was running and everything was good to go.
We had a glitch come up later that evening and called the store. Brant was diligent in trying to get the problem solved. Refrigerator is full, ice is flowing, and all is well! We would purchase from EE again!
We've had two car audio systems installed here by Dalton, and we could not be happier. He and Brant have been nothing but helpful and welcoming every time we have come to the store. They take the time to explain their product recommendations without pressuring you to buy something you may not want. We will definitely be back to do business with them in the future.
UPDATE: Okay so it's been two more days, still nothing. So we called to see of there's an eta, and they apparently don't have an eta. So we are just sitting here with half a couch. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never again.
They have told us twice that the couch we ordered has come in. So the first time we come to pick it up , only half of the couch is there . (It's a sectional) So we call again this morning and they tell us, yeah it's here. So we drive to Murfreesboro from Smyrna and they tell us, oh, yeah this isn't it. It's a love seat. So now we still only have half of a couch. Such a headache. I won't order anything else from here.
DJ was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help us before we made a very large purchase. We were completely comfortable, and very well informed about all the details of our purchase, install and delivery.
UPDATE NUMBER 2: Alright, it's been another week....NO WORD FROM ELECTRONIC EXPRESS. I will never purchase anything from this company again. This has been the worst experience I could imagine in ordering furniture.
