i have got some stuff from Aarons that i can not keep i have told them to come and it they will not if i say ican not keep that is what i say i do not have the money to buy it.i have been telling Aarons for the past 2 months that i can not keep what i have got from them. i should have to tell you 1 time to come and get it i should not have to tell you for 2 monthas to come and got it. I have been doing business with this company since I was old enough to be on my own! There's been ONE time I had returned the merchandise and now they refuse to do business with me any more after all the years of having good credit with them and then the ONE only ONE time they refuse to even talk to me about it! The new management sucks I will never recommend this place to anyone anymore! Oh yea and they send me something in the mail saying I have a $1200 credit with them (after the returned merchandise) but they refuse to do business with me!
Me and my husband had purchased from the Aarons and louisiana and that was a fantastic experience...we closed all our accounts in louisiana by paying them all off. So we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at Aarons... The one I'm murfreesboro tn is ridiculous. We will talk to them on the phone and they will still show up at out house saying we aren't communicating with them. We even paid them for a month and they tried to say we didn't because the person we gave the money to supposibly didn't put it in the system but thank goodness we had a receipt. We plan to pay off these accounts but after that we will NOT go back to Aarons. RATHER GO TO TENT A CENTER OR BADCOCKS!!! maybe we will be treated right!
