Paid for a couch over 5 months ago. Kept being told it would be delivered in a couple weeks, then after a couple weeks go by, we were told it would be a couple weeks......for 5 months this went on. Never received the couch, canceled the order and I am now waiting for the refund to show on my card.

I must say this place has excellent customer service. The man that helped us did a great job. I just hate that the lady that rung me up never mentioned a protection plan to me and my table happen to get messed up so now I'm stuck with a defective table cause she didn't mention a protection plan to me.
