I just got through buying a bedroom set from Rooms To Go. I actually confronted him about the reviews on Google and my salesman was very professional. He told me that they are the largest deliver furniture in the United States and then only usually the ones that have negative experiences bother to write in. I've decided to do the opposite and commend them for an excellent job. When my furniture arrived the delivers were very careful and make sure that my walls were not damaged because they had been freshly painted over the summer. The varnish had been rubbed off on one of the pieces so I had to call in and they send the specialist out within 3 days to fix that problem and he did an excellent job as well. Overall my experience with the Rooms To Go was quite excellent

Very helpful and patient. They helped me get what I needed and the process was fast and easy. They delivered my new furniture to Shelbyville with ease. They deliver pretty far out. The pricing was great for what I got and I couldn't be happier if I went anywhere else. The customer service was excellent and the representatives were enthused with their jobs. Very knowledgeable. And I got a lifetime supply of cleaner for my new couch with a great 3 year warrantee. Perfect service.
Do Not Buy Extended Warranty!!! I promise you, it will not cover any issues. Never does. Don't be a fool like me, take your money and put it into better quality. Payed over $2000 for sectional and have to sit on pillows because cushions are flat.
I felt like a piece of meat in this store being swirled by sharks. It's like being at a car dealership times ten. Their furniture is priced deceivingly. If you want what actually has a price on it then you have to pay more for that particular color as well as required other pieces that are not shown or publicly priced. Stay away from this devils den. Ashley Furniture or American Signature will serve you much better.
Went into the store twice before making a purchase. Both times were never asked if we needed help! Finally on the third visit (Labor Day) we were ready to make a purchase. We walked in and a manager greeted us. All was well and enjoyed the experience. 3 weeks later they called to let us know that our furniture wouldn't be delivered until NOVEMBER 21ST! Are you kidding me? Almost 3 months after said purchase? Com on bro! 3 months?
