If I could give 5 stars for my sales person, Beverly and 0 stars for delivery scheduling and customer service, that's how I would do it. Beverly was great at helping us find what was perfect for us and in explaining the warranty. We used the layaway plan because we are installing floors and wanted our delivery after the floors were installed, but also wanted the sales price.. long story short upon our final payment, no one could give me a delivery time, or even a time frame for a delivery that was scheduled months ago.
Great place to buy furniture! Great customer service. All around fantastic shopping experience.

I like most people have to work and cannot wait around all day for a delivery. I can however take off sometime for maybe a two hour delivery window, but they could not even provide that. If the deliver department isnt any better at logistics than this, then maybe it is time to turn over those responsibilities to someone who can at the very least give a time frame for delivery.
The furniture here isn't cheap, so for the prices we pay, we would expect to at least have better service.
Beverly is the only reason I come back to this place. She is very helpful, doesn't pressure you. Other sales people here.. they do. If you shop here, shop with Beverly.
