My husband and I were shopping around for furniture on black Friday and decided to stop in. We were immediately greeted by Patrick. I appreicate he wasn't pushy and let us take the time to look around. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we needed to decide if we wanted financing. Eventually we decided on a good amount of new furniture and got a great deal. Delivery was quick, the delivery guys did a good job of delivering and putting together the furniture, cleaning up and were friendly. We had one piece of furniture that was wrong and one call to Patrick fixed it. The furniture looks great and we actually enjoyed the whole experience. We called the store ahead of our visit and the salesman checked inventory to find that what we wanted was in stock. When we arrived, it was a simple process and the loading guys did a nice job getting our peace into our van. Good selection, good service, good price. Very Pleased.
Now, a month later we are told no part exists and there is nothing they can do. I wouldn't buy a piece like this from Price Point Furniture again.
Nice furniture at a good price and it was all IN STOCK and available for pick up the day of purchase. Huge plus over all the other furniture stores in our area. And our salesperson Patrick was extremely helpful.
Bought a corner television stand with a fireplace insert that we would need to install. That's not a bad thing until there were no instructions on how to install the insert. After we searched for instructions we found that a safety bar was missing. The following day we were assured that the part could be ordered.
