I was happay to see pro lift has only 2 good reviews, I called and schedule two different houses for estimation. The guy was nice answering and talking. Will update price wise
They would not come to return my calls or emails. He told me that the engineers report was incorrect and that I needed to have repair done. Then he wouldn't return my calls or emails to start the work.
I cannot say enough about Johnny and Travis from Pro-Lift. They did such a fantastic job leveling my house in East Nashville. I got several competitive bids from all the other games in town. Not only was Pro-Lift the least expensive, but I felt like I really could trust these guys to do a good job if I chose them. Boy was I right! They came highly recommended from my realtor, who I thoroughly trusted also, which made the decision that much easier. All they other companies I got quotes from, sent out sales guys to do the estimate of the work, who all seemed shady and pushy. They kept trying to find other, non-existent, problems to fix that were suddenly "emergencies" and had to be fixed right away. I have a fairly rounded knowledge of construction, so I could tell right away that the other companies were trying to up-sell me to fatten their wallets. It was the complete opposite experience with Pro-Lift. The owner, who has 20 years experience in foundation repair, is the man who came to do the estimate. Now that the work is done, I cannot express my gratitude enough to these guys. They did a fantastic job! I was actually worried about whether or not they were making money on the job because of how solid it was after they were finished, and how much steel they used to fix my problems. I had to write this review, to shout it from the mountain tops, use Pro-lift and you won't be sorry!!!
Mr. Johnny was a great guy he was very helpful with the understanding of what was being done! He cleaned up everything after it was complete! If I could rate this company a 10 I would!!!
