I had an overall positive experience with Reeds. I hired them in response to some water damage I had at my house. They handled all of the litigation with my insurance company along with the repairs. I had them tile my entire kitchen floor instead of reinstalling laminate floors. The tile looks great and my kitchen looks better than ever. I would hire them again and would recommend them for any work you may need done.
After researching Reed's Remodeling with the Better Business Bureau, I decided to contact them about a leak. I wanted someone reputable. Even though my job was probably not worth his time, he did come out to our home. I explained that we had seen some water every now and then and wasn't certain where it was coming from. We told him that we thought it was coming in from a window and that we thought it probably needed caulk but our ladder wouldn't reach high enough. Justin caulked around my second story window and didn't charge me a cent. When I explained that I fully expected to pay for his trip and time, he said he just didn't want to take any money because he couldn't be certain that the leak was fixed. This goes way beyond what anyone would expect for customer service. I'll definitely contact him again for any job large or small.

WOW. First of all, if you are a business, you don't answer, "hello". Second of all, if your website promotes handyman services including drywall repair jobs, you shouldn't then say you can't do those. Just a piece of advice to stay in business longer.
Great experience. I consider them to be trustworthy and skilled. Had storm damage to my house and was fixed well and below original estimate!!! Really, who in this day and age doesn't try to rip you off!!!! Crew very nice and cleaned up after job. 100% recommend and who I will be calling for any future needs.
