I dont hate it but the builders are definitely not through, and do not follow thru
This is the first home I've ever built so I don't have anything to compare my experience to but I was pleased with the information provided throughout the build.
The neighborhood is great! We've made lots of amazing friends and it's a very involved community. Everyone is always doing something in the neighborhood and I've always felt welcome.
They have their own mortgage company so this process was made very simple and seamless when it came time to sign the paperwork.
They built my home and the quality has been great. They were a few miscommunications as I'm sure would be expected from any large company but I'm happy with what we got and how we were treated during the building process.
