This is a FOR-PROFIT probation system. Everyone that has ever been through probation at PCC will tell you they will fine you for ridiculous and illogical actions that many people cannot get around. This is about money. Know this. They don't give a damn about you. In fact, they just want your money, and if you can't pay your debts to the system, you get violated and go to jail! This is what is wrong with America. The system must be fixed.
they have local lawyers and judge sleep on the same bed with them for The extort people on paper with the help of local #Murfreesboro police and #Rutherford sheriff.. shame on them,, they got sue in the federal court for extortion
I am very frustrated with Pcc .I cannot find who my probation office is.I lost the card she gave me.I go up with the docket/case number the lady looks my case up but wouldn't give me her name.She sent me out to the security guard to get info.He inert said he don't do that.Does ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING UP THERE?On top of that I had a appointment at 2 pm but they went into a meeting without notifyin anyone.Let us not notify anyone see what happens. ...PCC REALLY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER. Btw I'm on probation all over a damn speeding ticket and they treat me like a criminal today.
Wish they would hire someone that knows how to do their damn job
I won't post my legal name, but I went here for petty theft and I served my time with my Probation officer, Mrs. Smith. She was polite to me and honestly she did care about me and made sure she worked with on my work schedule. I do appreciate the time and patience she had for me! When I was going there it was under a team of people that didn't care about the people, but the newer group who toke over do take the time to explain everything and they do work with people. They help those who need a job, but they can only do so much people. I am grateful for these people. ^_^
