This is a fabulous facility! Everyone is nice and makes us feel comfortable and well taken care of every time we're there. I love my doctor (Erica Silberman)!
I had an excellent experience today at the new St Thomas Medical on New Salem. I did not have an appointment but I was impressed with the reception I received. Wait time was 5 minutes. The nurse showed compassion for my injury. I hardly waited 10 minutes to be seen in the exam room. Dr. Greenway was professional and super knowledgeable. I had to get X-rays and she called me later to give me the results.
I had an appointment with Dr Walsh for myself and got good care...he seems like a great doctor and took time to talk to me. I also took my son as a walk in and the wait was minimal. The NP was so sweet. Good experience both times.
*****As far as the staff goes that is a totally sepratate issue & should be taken up with Staff Supervisors.*****
I didn't feel rushed and the Dr. explained everything so thoroughly...I was very confident and satisfied that a I got the best care possible. Thank you!
If he's running a little behind you can bet it's for a good reason............Glad to have him as my Doctor all these years.
Impossible to get any help. Had an emergency need for a prescription refill while out of town over the weekend. Dr.'s phone was turned off and no one was covering. Got a message Saturday night that the dr. Would handle this on Monday during business hours. No regard for patient care! Have been trying to reach the office for 45 minutes....on hold!,,,,,stay away from this practice
Been with DR.HAYES for over 15 years.He has always made me fill comfortable has that nice small town Doctor approach with some small talk than gets to the matter at hand.
